Payment

Full payment is due at the time of service and before any product is ordered unless specified otherwise. We accept payment through cash, personal check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Network, American Express, Diners Club), and mobile systems (Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Google Pay). If you have a flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA), you may use these for any professional services, co-payments, prescriptive glasses and sunglasses, and contact lenses.

Vision Plans and Medical Insurance

ReVision Optometry accepts the major vision benefit plans that allow our practice to provide quality care, including: Vision Service Plan, EyeMed Vision Care, Qualcomm Executive Plan, and Medical Eye Services. Our practice also accepts Medicare and out-of-network PPO medical insurance including Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare. Please note that Medicare does not cover the cost of refraction. Unlike vision benefit plans, medical insurance applies to non-routine examination and services, e.g., corneal foreign body removal, bacterial conjunctivitis, etc.
